Francesca Dickson, Founder, Francesca Dickson Consulting
Francesca is an experienced risk professional with 20 years of expertise in governance, risk, and compliance, including serving as Head of Risk & Governance in high growth industries. She has helped organisations navigate deeply complex challenges, beginning her career in corporate governance and company secretaryship with a listed company, and moving into the technology and payments space shortly thereafter.
From fintech to the Chair of the Risk and Technology Committee of the Governance Institute, Francesca’s journey to becoming a consultant has given her a unique perspective on the industry and a deep understanding of the challenges that agencies face. She continues to engage across the risk and governance community in Australia, including recently joining the GIA Data Governance Advisory Forum. Francesca not only understands data analysis and governance in itself, but also the way that it can link to strategy, and the most useful methods for communicating the meaning of this data to executives and teams to support evidence-led decision-making practices.
