These strategic roundtables will enable delegates to discuss their conference learnings collaboratively and identify how they can and will be applied within their organisations after the conference. During this strategizing session, delegates will be invited to share their learnings and ideas with a small group of professional peers across a variety of agencies and organisations to each develop a preliminary plan and series of outcome-focussed goals to be implemented over the following months. This roundtable method enables delegates to benefit from the support and insight of other highly skilled L&D specialists while considering how to practically apply the new ideas gained from the conference and encourages ongoing accountability and support when they return to their workplaces post-event.
