Manager Executive Unit, Golden Pains Shire
Mike Barrow is a member of the Senior Management Team at Golden Plains Shire in south west Victoria. He has been in this role for three years managing corporate strategic planning, continuous improvement and major projects plus economic development and tourism, events, marketing and communications.
Over a career too lengthy to mention actual years, Mike has worked in local, state and federal government departments, private industry including his own consultancy and has been a Councillor and Mayor of Surf Coast Shire.
Mike is currently leading a process of cultural change called ’Community First’ and will be presenting his approach to ‘successfully implementing continuous improvement strategies’.
