Greenfield Director, Infracapital
Michele Armanini joined Infracapital in 2015 to develop its Greenfield Infrastructure investment activities. Michele has 14 years of infrastructure financing, development and asset management experience.
Michele joined Infracapital from 3i plc where he was a Director in the infrastructure team. He was responsible for origination, execution and asset management of infrastructure investments across sectors including energy transmission and generation, accommodation and transport through Europe. Michele transferred to 3i plc following their acquisition of Barclays Infrastructure Funds Management, where he was an Investment Director. Before that he worked in the energy finance team of SMBC.
Michele holds an MSc degree in Physics from the University of Milan. He is also approved on the Financial Services Register to undertake the CF30 controlled function.
