Director of Business Process Improvement, Department of Human Services
Luke Carr is Director of the Business Process Improvement Team within the Department of Human Services. He currently oversees the Lean Programme within the Department, responsible for developing core capabilities and delivering successful projects.
A Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean and Prince 2 Practitioner, Luke has worked in Process Improvement activities within the Department of Human Services for the past nine years.
During this time, he has been involved in key projects such as moving to some of the first Online Claims, rolling out Digitisation across the Department as well as many non-ICT based process improvement activities.
