Most people run away from change, I run toward it, unconsciously looking for ways to improve how we work. Since 2013 I have worked with CASA in Service Delivery and Design, spending 4 years prior to this at Human Services. I am Prosci and ITIL certified, hold a diploma of leadership and project management and studied a bachelor degree in management.
Over this time I have:
• Managed people change > 43,000
• Designed and implemented processes and Quality management programs
• Improved working relationships, communications and education across organisation
• Transitioned 5,000 staff to a new system
