Business Improvement Specialist, Management Consultant
Naseem is a management consultant specialised in business process improvement and management. Naseem worked for a number of airlines and KPMG Business Performance Services Australia delivering a range of business and organisational performance improvement for aviation engineering, marine engineering, manufacturing, health and IT service sectors. Naseem is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Simplilearn) and Green Belt (SAI Global).
Naseem uses various BPR (business process re-engineering) and CI (continuous improvement) tools and methodologies such as LEAN, Six Sigma, Total Quality Control, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Re-design, Process Innovation, Organisational Re-structure and Key Performance Indicators for improving business performance.
Naseem holds a master of engineering degree (in engineering practice in business and technology) from University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Prior to his master degree Naseem has completed an Engineering Apprenticeship in Aviation Engineering, an Associate Diploma in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Sydney Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering from UTS.
