Michael has project and operational management experience in various industries including power generation and distribution, automotive, food and beverage, diary, finance and logistics.
Michael’s experience span projects such as King and Anthony Hydroelectric power schemes, major projects for Ford Australia and Carlton United Breweries and significant projects at Kraft Foods before establishing a consulting business assisting organisations with strategic initiatives and leveraging skills across subsidiaries.
Michael then joined the National Australia Bank and led team responsible for the implementation of Lean Thinking into distribution, process re-engineering and automation. More recently Michael ran the Shared Services function for Australia Post with responsibility for HR, Accounting and Business Services and is now running a major sales transformation program.
Michael has a passion for transformation and the opportunity to simultaneously improve efficiency, quality through all forms of improvement activity.
